FroTools : PrintCenter
The PrintCenter is a module for FroTools that allows users to batch Print or Plot multiple drawings from the Intralink database to any printer or plotter on your network.
Easy-to-use
The Web-interface of the PrintCenter provides easy selection of any drawing in the Pro/INTRALINK database. Selection of printers is pre-filled in a formatted drop-down menu so the user can select any printer or plotter on the network. With the PrintCenter, users can easily plot hundreds of drawings without the need to learn complex command prompts or difficult and unreliable map-keys.
Batch print
The PrintCenter allows for the ability to add as many drawings to print at a single time. Select a different printer/plotter for each drawing or easily send all the selected drawings to the same printer. Users can even automate the Printing process by reading from a Text File or Excel. Simply Cut & Paste the drawings you want to Print and the PrintCenter will quickly queue the drawings up.
Automatic printing
With the optional PrintCenter Trigger, you can have prints sent automatically to your printer upon a special event in the Intralink database. Typical events include promotion to a particular Release Level, Check-In, etc...
