Creating A PTC Account

This will allow you to access the latest software downloads, license management tools and other useful utilities. If you do not create an account you can log a call with technical support as we can provide downloads and perform these tasks on your behalf.

Instructions

  1. To create an account with full access you will need your PTC Customer Number and ONE of the following items from your order fulfilment letter or administrator. If you do not have these you can create a basic account and upgrade it later.
  • Service Contract Number (SCN)
  • Sales Order Number (SON)
  • Site Number

2. Go to support.ptc.com
3. Select ‘Create New Customer Account’
4.Fill in your credentials and create a password
5. Enter your PTC credentials
6. Complete the security check then send the form. Once you have confirmed your e-Mail you will have full access to your account
